Maibachl - Hot Spring in Warmbad- Villach, Austria

We drove 3 hours to jump into this hot spring in January. It was 41 degrees Fahrenheit and in the middle of a wooded path. We had so much fun splashing around, watching the bubbles come from the rocks below, and just enjoyed this beautiful sight. The only downfall, was getting out of the water! It was sooo cold...

We found a super cute AirBNB where we spent the next two nights. During our stay we drove into the bordering country of Slovenia to see the Kranjska Gora area. We saw the snow capped mountains and explored a small walking trail around an icy lake. My little family is from Texas. Snow flurries alone amaze us, and here, we saw enough snow that we were able to witness the skiing culture. Definitely learned a lot by just watching for a little while.
My adventure heart is sooo happy and as you can see, our little man sure had a great time!!!
